Job Description
This is a hands on, office based leadership role focused on:
- Leading and developing the finance team
- Embedding stronger processes and controls
- Preparing for the implementation of a new management system
- Support system implementation and team training
- Review and document finance procedures (billing, payroll, month-end, etc.)
- Supporting strategic financial planning and operational improvements
- Oversee monthly management accounts and cash flow management
