Our Client Nigel Wright are delighted to be partnering with a renowned European organisation in their search for a Business Partner.

The Business Partner supports corporate functions and focuses on translating business strategy into effective people plans, driving performance, engagement, and organisational development. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the position provides strategic HR guidance, uses data-led insights to influence decisions, and collaborates closely with wider HR teams to deliver a cohesive people service.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strategic Planning - Develop people plans that support business goals, growth, and transformation. Partner with leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, and succession.
  • Leadership Support - Coach and advise senior leaders on people matters and organisational challenges. Build leadership capability and accountability.
  • People Analytics - Use workforce data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Monitor KPIs such as turnover, engagement, and diversity, recommending targeted actions.
  • HR Collaboration - Work with specialist HR teams to deliver high-quality, integrated people solutions. Ensure alignment across recruitment, learning, reward, and employee relations.
  • Engagement Culture - Build strong relationships across functions.
