Temp Communications Executive in Hessle

We are partnering with a major UK organisation to appoint a Head of Internal Communications . In this hands-on role, you will lead the internal communications and colleague engagement agenda, shape leadership messaging, support business change and help build a culture where people feel informed, connected and proud to be part of the organisation. Develop and deliver the internal communications and engagement strategy. Shape leadership communications, business-wide messaging and change programmes. Own the communications channel strategy and ensure messages reach a diverse colleague population. Lead colleague listening, engagement, employer brand, wellbeing and community initiatives. Use data and insight to measure impact and improve engagement. A senior internal communications or employee engagement professional with experience in a large or complex organisation. Experienced in leading communications through change, growth or transformation. Commercially aware, data-led and focused on measurable outcomes. This is an opportunity to sit at the heart of a major organisation where internal communications has genuine visibility and influence. You will work directly with senior leaders, shape how the business communicates and make a clear impact on culture, engagement and business performance. The role will be based in the Hull area with the requirement to be in the office 2 days a week
