Our client is seeking a dynamic Head of Field Sales – B2B Division to lead and inspire their field sales organisation. Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll help set the strategic direction, develop a high-performing team, and ensure outstanding execution across all sales activities. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a hands-on, data-driven approach to driving growth.
You’ll be the driving force behind sales performance, customer impact and future growth – shaping culture, elevating standards and ensuring the business consistently outperforms expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performance field sales team.
- Set clear strategy, priorities and territory plans to deliver sustainable growth.
- Drive excellence in pipeline management, CRM discipline and sales execution.
- Build senior-level customer relationships and support both new business and account development.
- Use data, KPIs and insight to track performance and continually improve results.
- Ensure compliance, quality standards and strong collaboration across commercial teams.
Person Specification:
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience with at least 3 years in a field sales leadership role.
- Proven success in leading, developing and retaining high-performing sales teams.
- Strong experience managing full sales cycles, structured account management and cross-selling/aftersales revenue.
- Proficient in CRM systems and data-driven performance management.
