Following a period of sustained growth, including acquisition, the business now requires a step‑change in operational maturity—moving from capable delivery to a highly standardised, data‑led and scalable service platform. They are now seeking a senior operational leader to shape and deliver this next phase—bringing consistency, control and performance across a complex, multi‑site service operation.
The Role
This is a transformational leadership position focused on building a unified operating model across a fragmented service landscape. You will:
- Create and embed a group‑wide operating blueprint across multi‑site service delivery
- Drive visibility, performance management and accountability through data, systems and governance
- Integrate acquired businesses into a cohesive, standardised operational platform
- Take full ownership of service performance, customer delivery and commercial outcomes
- Balance safety, compliance and customer experience at scale
- Build capability across leadership teams to deliver consistent, repeatable execution
- Lead the organisation through operational change, maturity and continuous improvement

About You
You are a proven operational leader with experience in scaling or professionalising complex, multi‑site service organisations. You will bring:
- A track record of building and scaling service operations within technical or compliance‑led environments (e.g. electrical, fire safety, security, HVAC, FM, utilities, infrastructure, safety services)
- Evidence of driving consistency across fragmented or acquisitive business structures
- Strong commercial acumen
