You'll lead the entire sales organisation across the UK and EMEA, driving revenue growth, strengthening dealer and channel partnerships, improving forecasting accuracy and embedding greater commercial discipline across the business.

The successful candidate will inherit a recognised brand, an established dealer network, strong market credentials and a business with significant growth potential.

The opportunity is to unlock that potential through stronger commercial execution, customer engagement, sales leadership and strategic channel development.

The Business

Founded in South Wales, Orangebox has built its reputation by challenging conventional thinking about the workplace.

The business designs, manufactures and delivers innovative workplace furniture solutions, including collaborative environments, acoustic pods, workplace seating and modular systems.

Through a dealer-led route to market, Orangebox works closely with dealers, designers, architects, specifiers and end-user customers across the UK and internationally.

The business combines design excellence, manufacturing expertise and customer focus with a culture that remains entrepreneurial, collaborative and people-centred.

Today, Orangebox forms part of a global workplace furnishings group, creating exciting opportunities to leverage wider capabilities and international reach while retaining its unique identity.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Group Sales Director will have responsibility for leading Orangebox's entire commercial sales organisation across the UK and EMEA.

Key responsibilities include

  • Delivering revenue growth and sales performance across all channels.
  • Leading and developing the sales leadership team.
  • Driving dealer and channel partner engagement, performance and market penetration.
  • Developing and executing UK and EMEA sales and go-to-market strategies.
  • Improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility and CRM discipline.
  • Identifying new market, product and growth opportunities.
  • Strengthening strategic relationships with dealers, architects, designers, contractors and key customers.
  • Leading commercial transformation initiatives that improve sales effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Acting as a key member of the senior leadership team, helping to shape the future direction of the business.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a commercially driven sales leader who combines strategic thinking with strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to deliver growth through dealer and partner-led channels.

You are likely to bring

  • Senior sales leadership experience within a relevant B2B environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering revenue growth and profitable market expansion.
  • Experience leading dealer, distributor or partner-led sales channels.
  • Strong commercial, forecasting and pipeline management capability.
  • Experience implementing CRM, sales process improvement and commercial best practices.
  • A track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing strategic customer and partner relationships.
  • The ability to operate effectively within a matrix or international organisation.
  • A visible, collaborative and relationship-led leadership style.
  • Why This Role Stands Out

This is a genuine opportunity to shape the commercial future of a respected UK brand.

Orangebox combines strong design credentials, a loyal dealer network, manufacturing capability and a highly regarded market position.

The business has already begun its transformation journey and now requires a commercial leader capable of accelerating growth, building stronger partnerships and creating a high-performing sales culture.

For the right individual, this role offers the opportunity to

  • Lead the commercial agenda for a recognised design-led brand.
  • Build and develop a high-performing sales organisation.
  • Influence strategy and business direction.
  • Drive growth across the UK and selected EMEA markets.
  • Work with an established dealer network and respected customer base.
  • Combine the agility of a specialist business with the backing of a major global group.
