What You'll be doing:

  • Lead all aspects of financial control, reporting, compliance, and consolidation
  • Deliver strategic financial insight to support commercial and operational decisions
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive performance and long-term growth
  • Champion best practices in financial governance and sustainability

What we are looking for:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
  • Proven experience in financial control, ideally in FMCG, ethical brands, or social enterprises
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Confident with financial systems and Excel
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and a clear communicator
  • Commercially minded with a passion for sustainability and impact
