Key Responsibilities
The company is creating a more independent and scalable international operation following a period of strong progress. With significant organisational and operational change underway, it now requires greater financial insight, commercial challenge and management information to support its ambitions. - Work with central finance colleagues and external advisers on reporting and consolidation requirements.
- Contribute to leadership meetings and help develop stronger board level reporting.
- Build the financial and operational foundations required to support future growth
Key Skills preferred

- The ability to turn numbers into clear commercial recommendations.
- Experience working closely with operational stakeholders.
- Confidence influencing and constructively challenging senior colleagues.
- Exposure to operational KPIs, cost control, margins or service performance.
- A hands on, pragmatic and proactive approach.
- The curiosity and resilience to succeed in a growing, changing environment.
- Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience of international operations, logistics, distribution, warehousing or supply chain environments would be advantageous
