The Opportunity:
Nigel Wright is partnering with a leading software business in their search for a Customer Success Team Leader. This role is instrumental in managing and supporting a team of implementation consultants, leading day-to-day operations, delivering engaging training sessions and refining processes. This is an office based role at the Gateshead HQ.
Role Profile:
• Inspire and guide team members through both informal coaching and structured development sessions.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and energising team meetings.
• Manage workloads and ensure the right people are on the right tasks.
• Create and share performance reports that drive improvement.
• Collaborate with the renewals team to boost customer retention.
• Step up when needed by providing reliable cover during team absences.
Person Specification:
• Educated to degree level in a relevant field, or able to demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong digital literacy.
• Confident and assertive, consistently leading by example.
• Adaptable and responsive to evolving business needs.
• Highly organised, with a strong focus on process and efficiency.
• Minimum of five years’ recent experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
