Job Description
- Lead the development of a detailed financial forecast for the financial year
- Design and implement a structured budgeting process, including timetable creation, template rollout, and consolidated model development.
- Act as a finance business partner to operational teams, providing guidance and support throughout the budgeting cycle.
- Produce and maintain a consolidated weekly rolling cash forecast, supporting effective cashflow management
- Deliver regular forecasting updates and scenario analysis to support strategic decision making.
- Work closely with the wider Group Finance team and senior management on ad hoc financial projects and initiatives.
- Provide clear, insightful financial reporting and analysis that adds value to the wider business.
Key Skills preferred
- Demonstrable experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role, ideally within a group or multi-entity environment.
- High proficiency in Excel, with the ability to build, maintain and optimise complex financial models.
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with a range of stakeholders across the business.
- A proactive, hands on approach with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast paced, evolving environment where processes and systems are still being shaped
