Job Description

CompanyA fast growing and innovative consultancy group is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join their Group Finance function. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to make a real impact in a business undergoing rapid development. With a collaborative, solutions led culture and a focus on building strong operational foundations, this is an exciting time to join a business that is shaping its future growth strategy.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a detailed financial forecast for the financial year
  • Design and implement a structured budgeting process, including timetable creation, template rollout, and consolidated model development.
  • Act as a finance business partner to operational teams, providing guidance and support throughout the budgeting cycle.
  • Produce and maintain a consolidated weekly rolling cash forecast, supporting effective cashflow management
  • Deliver regular forecasting updates and scenario analysis to support strategic decision making.
  • Work closely with the wider Group Finance team and senior management on ad hoc financial projects and initiatives.
  • Provide clear, insightful financial reporting and analysis that adds value to the wider business.

Key Skills preferred

  • Demonstrable experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role, ideally within a group or multi-entity environment.
  • High proficiency in Excel, with the ability to build, maintain and optimise complex financial models.
  • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with a range of stakeholders across the business.
  • A proactive, hands on approach with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, evolving environment where processes and systems are still being shaped
