Are you a hands-on Finance Manager with a passion for driving change and adding real value? We’re working with a well-known Consumer FMCG business entering an exciting period of transformation and growth. As they evolve their finance function and modernise systems and processes, they’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to play a key role in supporting the journey.
You’ll work closely with the Finance Director and wider leadership team to provide accurate and insightful financial reporting, support decision-making, and lead improvements in controls and systems – particularly SAP.
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts and analysis
- Business partner with operational teams to support performance and cost control
- Utilise SAP to enhance financial transparency and data accuracy
- Support ad hoc projects linked to growth, systems upgrades, and organisational change
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong technical grounding with a commercial mindset
- Proven experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or a fast-moving consumer product environment
- Excellent SAP system skills (essential)
