We are delighted to be supporting a growing pet and equestrian retailer in Durham with the recruitment of a Purchasing & Customer Service Administrator. This is a varied, hands-on role within a small and friendly team, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of purchasing administration, systems work, supplier coordination and customer support.
The business trades through both a physical store and online channels including Shopify, Amazon and eBay, so this role would suit someone who is organised, adaptable and confident managing a range of tasks across different platforms.
You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day purchasing and customer service function, ensuring stock, product information and customer queries are managed accurately and efficiently. This is a busy and varied position where no two days will be the same.
