We are appointing a hands-on Managing Director to run the business with a strong sense of ownership, operational discipline and pride in execution. This is an operations-led MD role, focused on running the business well day to day, not scale-up, transformation or aggressive growth. This is not a corporate or sales-led role.
Success will be defined by operational reliability, good judgement, practical efficiency gains and people-centred leadership.
The role will suit someone who:
