About the Role: I am looking for a Solution Delivery Specialist to join a growing technology team. This is a varied, customer-facing position that combines technical consultancy, solution delivery, customer onboarding, and service transition activities. Working closely with prospective and newly acquired customers, you will support the technical sales process, lead onboarding projects, deliver technical implementations, and ensure a seamless transition into a managed support environment. The role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft and infrastructure expertise who enjoys building customer relationships and providing technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in customer discovery meetings and technical consultations.
