Managing Director Premium Consumer Brands | London Central London β Hybrid Β£130k + Benefits
There are very few opportunities that offer the chance to genuinely shape the future of an established premium consumer business - This is one of them. We are partnering with a successful, ambitious and highly regarded brand-led organisation seeking a Managing Director to lead the next phase of growth. The business has strong foundations, a respected market position and significant opportunity ahead. What it now requires is an exceptional leader who can unlock its full potential.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building rather than maintaining. Someone who is energised by growth, motivated by influence and excited by the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a business. Working closely with the Board, you will have the freedom and autonomy to shape strategy, influence culture and drive commercial performance. You will be empowered to make decisions, build capability, strengthen market presence and create a platform for long-term success.
The organisation combines the credibility and stability of an established business with the pace, ambition and entrepreneurial energy more often associated with a growth company.
The Opportunity
- A genuine opportunity to shape the future direction of the business.
- Significant autonomy and influence at Board level.
- A business with ambitious growth plans and clear market opportunity.
- The chance to work with a portfolio of respected premium brands.
- The ability to make a visible and lasting impact.
- An engaged and supportive Board looking for leadership rather than management.
- The opportunity to build both commercial performance and brand presence.
The Person
Interested in speaking with senior leaders who have successfully grown premium consumer brands and understand the balance between commercial performance and brand equity. You may have built your career within luxury consumer goods, premium FMCG with multi-channel exposure or other brand-led sectors where customer experience, brand positioning and market presence are critical to success. Most importantly, you will be a commercially astute leader with the ability to inspire teams, strengthen brands, expand market reach and act as a credible ambassador both internally and externally.
