We’re partnering with a product-led consumer brand looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join on a 3–6 month contract to support a key period of change. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can quickly embed, bring structure, and drive pace across brand and campaign delivery. It's hybrid working 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of brand and marketing plans across a multi-product portfolio
  • Lead development and rollout of creative campaigns across key consumer touchpoints
  • Manage brand identity, packaging, and communications consistency
  • Drive integrated marketing activity (digital, social, PR, trade, retail)
  • Support NPD launches and innovation pipeline activation
  • Work closely with digital teams on social, influencer and CRM programmes
  • Contribute to pricing strategy, promotions, and commercial planning
  • Manage external agencies, suppliers and partners
  • Deliver insight-led decision making through competitor, consumer and category analysis
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and with impact

Key Requirements

  • Proven brand marketing experience in a consumer-led business (FMCG, retail or consumer products preferred)
  • Strong track record delivering campaigns and brand growth initiatives
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working across multi-channel marketing environments
  • Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, changing environment
