Are you a strategic commercial leader with a track record in B2B sales, product strategy, and growth execution in manufacturing or regulated industries? This is your chance to lead the commercial transformation of Emtez, a fast-scaling leader in health and environmental safety products.
Your Mission:
As CCO and part of the Senior Leadership Team, youβll:
- Own commercial strategy across Europe, including Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Pricing.
- Transform siloed operations into a high-performance commercial engine.
- Lead sales structure redesign, set aligned KPIs, and embed a scalable, data-driven sales model.
- Strengthen relationships with key distributors, end-users, and investors.
- Drive sustainable, profitable growth towards a planned exit in 24β36 months.
Your Impact:
- Functional leadership in a matrix structure.
- Collaborate with Plant Ops, Finance, HR, and Private Equity partners.
- Shape product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
