Principal: Corporate Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across four campuses, ensuring a safe, compliant and sustainable environment for learners, staff and visitors.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the estate through improved asset management, maintenance planning, compliance, sustainability and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Lead the estates and facilities function across four campuses.

Develop and deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes.

Oversee reactive maintenance and statutory compliance.

Manage health safety, security, CCTV and access control.

Lead contractor, consultant and supplier relationships.

Develop asset management and lifecycle replacement plans.

Improve estate reporting, CAFM systems and data management.

Manage budgets and support procurement activity.
