The Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Coordinator to join a programme that will support communities across Yorkshire.

The Role This is a varied position where no two days will be the same.

You will coordinate partner relationships, manage records and reporting, support events and visits, maintain databases and help keep projects on track as the programme continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to senior managers and the wider team.

Coordinate meetings, visits, events and stakeholder engagement activities.

Manage correspondence, documentation, records and shared information.

Act as a key contact for community partners and external stakeholders.

Support partner onboarding and ongoing communications.

Maintain CRM systems, databases and reporting information.

Produce reports, presentations and management information.

Coordinate information between operational and warehouse teams.

Support business development activities, including partner and funding research.

Help drive efficient systems, processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
