As Broker Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of broker partners across the South of England. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth, deliver training, and ensure brokers are equipped to succeed.
Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow existing broker relationships to increase revenue in line with targets
- Identify and onboard new broker partners, presenting commercial opportunities and product offerings
- Forecast sales performance and report insights to senior leadership
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to support broker success
- Deliver engaging training sessions and provide ongoing support to broker sales teams
- Monitor broker activity and performance using internal systems
- Conduct regular face-to-face, virtual, and telephone meetings with partners
Experience / Skills
- Experience in account management or business development roles
- Background in a regulated B2B account management / business development in a consultative sales environment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and reporting abilities
- Comfortable with regular travel across the South of England (full driving licence required)
