Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of HR services across a multi-site organisation.
- Act as a trusted adviser on complex employee relations, employee engagement and organisational change matters.
- Support significant growth activity including TUPE transfers, school integrations and workforce transformation projects.
- Oversee payroll, pensions, compliance and people operations.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR systems, processes and reporting.
- Develop meaningful people analytics and workforce insights to support decision making.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, Headteachers and key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Act as deputy to the Head of HR and provide leadership across the wider HR team.
