The Company

Nigel Wright Group are delighted to be working with a well-established UK business that is investing heavily in its marketing transformation. The company operates in a specialist B2B space and is entering an exciting growth phase, with plans to modernise its marketing approach and strengthen its presence across multiple international markets. To support this, they are looking for a Head of Business Intelligence to lead a team, develop new BI products and make outputs more customer focused. This is an exciting hands‑on role whereby you will have real influence in modernising the existing tech stack.

The Role

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead a newly formed BI team including customer insight analysts
• Drive modernisation of the existing SaaS platform
• Oversee product innovation and ensure outputs are customer focused
• Work closely with various teams and Head of Product and Innovation
• Improve customer experience with BI outputs

The Requirements

Key Requirements include:

• Experience of leading a BI function with strong customer orientation
• Ability to balance technical understanding with commercial strategy
• Exposure to SaaS platforms and modernisation projects
• Retail, consumer or service sector background would be preferred
