Billing Assistant/ Accounts Receivable Permanent £26,000Full Time HoursHybrid WorkingThe role…We are seeking a detail-orientated and meticulous Billing Assistant to manage complex billing for our customers. Will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, maintaining records and working to deadlines. Some of the key duties will be:

Prepare and issue invoices to various legal entities of complex customers

Track and manage accounts receivable.

Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any billing issues, escalating where necessary

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Assist with the preparation of financial reports.

Confidently communicating with various stakeholders

Support the finance team with other administrative tasks as needed.

AAT qualified or wanting to work towards this

Strong Communicator – Confident liaising with a wide range of people

Proven experience within Billing or Accounts Receivable role
