Our client is seeking a dynamic Head of Field Sales – B2B Division to lead and inspire their field sales organisation. Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll help set the strategic direction, develop a high‑performing team, and ensure outstanding execution across all sales activities. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a hands‑on, data‑driven approach to driving growth.
You’ll be the driving force behind sales performance, customer impact and future growth – shaping culture, elevating standards and ensuring the business consistently outperforms expectations. The UK is a key market with strong brand recognition.
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performance field sales team.
- Drive excellence in pipeline management, CRM discipline and sales execution.
- Build senior‑level customer relationships and support both new business and account development.
- Use data, KPIs and insight to track performance and continually improve results.
- Ensure compliance, quality standards and strong collaboration across commercial teams.
Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience with at least 3 years in a field sales leadership role. Proven success in leading, developing and retaining high‑performing sales teams. Strong experience managing full sales cycles, structured account management and cross‑selling/aftersales revenue. Proficient in CRM systems and data‑driven performance management. Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and transformation capability. Flexible, adaptable and capable of adjusting leadership style to different individuals and situations.
Up to £75k depending on experience with a potential OTE of over £100k. Location: Hybrid, South of England.
