A well-established and growing organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable / Receivable Assistant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in transactional finance who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer, supplier, and banking transactions
  • Create and issue invoices
  • Reconcile accounts and manage finance inbox
  • Support credit control via email and phone
  • Assist with month-end reporting and data collection
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and data protection regulations
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in accounts payable or receivable
  • Strong Excel and accounting software skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • A team player who can work to deadlines and solve problems effectively
