The Role As the Senior Procurement Lead, you will take ownership of a portfolio of spend categories, managing end-to-end procurement activity and supporting the delivery of group wide procurement objectives. Key responsibilities include: Managing sourcing activities, supplier selection and contract negotiations across allocated categories. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Leading supplier performance reviews and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. Delivering cost savings, commercial improvements and risk mitigation initiatives. Supporting supplier governance activities including compliance, ESG and supplier risk management. Working collaboratively with operational teams to ensure supply continuity and service excellence. Identifying opportunities to consolidate spend and improve procurement processes across the wider business. Escalating strategic negotiations and key commercial decisions where appropriate.
