The Role:
As a Customer Coordinator, you’ll provide day-to-day support to customers while helping to ensure enquiries, administration and internal processes are managed efficiently.
Your responsibilities are likely to include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries
- Providing high-quality customer service via telephone and email
- Coordinating customer requirements and keeping information up to date
- Managing general administration and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with colleagues and customers to resolve queries
- Supporting a busy team with changing priorities and workloads
- Using internal systems and Microsoft Office to manage information
About you:
We’d love to hear from candidates who have:
- Previous experience within customer service, administration or a coordination role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, helpful and customer-focused approach
- Confidence working across different systems and processes
- The ability to prioritise and work effectively within a busy team
Experience within a training or similarly service-led environment would be beneficial, although candidates from other sectors with transferable skills are also encouraged to apply.
