The Role
- Lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.
- Produce monthly management accounts, financial reports and business performance insights for senior leadership.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cashflow planning and scenario analysis to support business growth.
- Oversee month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations and the maintenance of accurate accounting records.
- Take ownership of payroll, pensions and employee-related financial administration.
- Manage expenditure, purchasing controls and payment processes.
The Candidate
- Strong experience producing management accounts.
- Confident managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Sound knowledge of financial controls, compliance and risk management.
- Experience preparing statutory accounts and external financial reporting.
- Proven ability to business partner with non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong systems and analytical capability.
