The Role
As an IT Support Technician, you will act as the first point of contact for technical queries and issues, helping colleagues remain productive and fully supported.
You will assist with the day-to-day maintenance of the organisation's IT environment and help users get the most from its systems and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support by telephone, remotely and in person.
- Log, manage and escalate service desk tickets efficiently.
- Install and configure hardware, software and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and technical documentation.
- Identify recurring technical issues and contribute to effective long-term solutions.
- Create and update clear, user-friendly "how-to" guides and support documentation.
