The Role
This is a full time, onsite working role. The key responsibilities for the Master Data Officer include:

  • Creating and maintaining product, component and material master data.
  • Creating and updating Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Supporting new product introductions
  • Coordinating data changes
  • Managing product status changes
  • Producing and maintaining supply chain reports and trackers
  • Assisting in reducing existing master data and product launch backlogs.

The Organisation
Nigel Wright are working with a leading manufacturing business that is investing heavily in its supply chain, systems and operational capability. Following significant growth, increased production volumes and the implementation of a new ERP platform, an opportunity has arisen for a Master Data Officer to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term basis.
About You
The successful Master Data Officer will be/ have:

  • Very strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confidence to challenge and investigate data discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Experience within a supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, administration or manufacturing support environment.
