The Opportunity

As Commercial Finance Manager, you will act as a key finance business partner to senior operational, commercial and marketing stakeholders, helping shape trading decisions and future growth strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Commercial ownership of the UK P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting
  • Leading financial planning processes and ensuring alignment with wider business objectives
  • Providing insightful analysis of revenue, margins and profitability drivers
  • Developing financial models, forecasts and scenario planning to support strategic decisions
  • Identifying risks and opportunities to maximise business performance
  • Producing clear, meaningful reporting and KPI dashboards for senior leadership

  • Supporting pricing, promotional and investment decisions through robust financial analysis

About You

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
  • Strong commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering experience

  • Experience building financial models, forecasts and investment appraisals
  • Strong Excel and reporting systems experience
