Senior Executive Assistant (CFO Support)
London | Office-based (4 days per week)
We are recruiting a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to a CFO and wider senior leadership team within a fast-paced, high-performing organisation.
This is a business-critical role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys being at the heart of the business, and can manage competing priorities with confidence, professionalism, and discretion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and calendar management
- Coordinating UK and international travel
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing presentations, reports, board packs, and meeting documentation
- Tracking actions and ensuring deadlines are met
- Managing inboxes and drafting correspondence
- Organising leadership meetings, events, and off-sites
- Maintaining confidential records and board documentation
- Supporting budget administration and processing purchase orders
- Mentoring and providing guidance to other Executive Assistants
The Person
About You
You will be a confident, polished EA with proven experience supporting senior executives in a demanding environment.
You will bring:
- Degree educated (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant at senior or board level
- Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to anticipate needs
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
