The Business: Are you an experienced CRM, Email Marketing or Customer Lifecycle professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? Nigel Wright are working exclusively with a growing, private equity-backed consumer business on an exciting digital transformation journey. As the business continues to invest in customer experience, data and marketing technology, we're looking for a CRM Executive to join the team and support the ongoing development of customer journeys, automation, segmentation and CRM-led business improvement projects. This is a maternity cover role for a period of 12 months.
The Role: Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the optimisation of end-to-end customer journeys and lifecycle communications.
- Building and refining customer segments, automated workflows and trigger-based communications.
- Working with customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Monitoring CRM performance and producing reporting and insights to support decision-making.
- Supporting the continued development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across the business.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Care, Contact Centre, IT and other internal stakeholders.
- Contributing to wider CRM and customer experience projects, including chatbot and automation initiatives.
The Person: This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving customer experiences, using data to drive decisions and helping shape the future of a developing CRM function. You will be joining a supportive team and a data-driven business with a 'test and learn' approach where you will be given the freedom to continue to build the function. Hybrid.
