We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Logistics & Operations Administrator to join a close-knit team based in South East London.
This is a varied position that offers far more than traditional administration. You'll be trusted to manage daily orders, support logistics and stock processes, liaise with drivers, handle invoicing and help ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. No two days are the same.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and coordinating daily deliveries
- Managing stock records and supporting inventory control
- Raising invoices and handling general administration
- Assisting with customs, duty and shipping documentation
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Identifying and resolving operational issues before they become problems
- Supporting colleagues across the business as required
- Providing occasional assistance with warehouse activities during busy periods
The Person
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous administration, logistics or operations experience
- Possesses excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Is confident working with numbers and processing accurate data
- Can work independently and take ownership of their workload
- Enjoys being part of a hands-on, collaborative team
- Is reliable, practical and adaptable
- Can commit to an early start each day
