An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role will play a key part in supporting a finance transformation and process improvement programme.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a range of finance projects, helping to strengthen financial controls, improve reporting processes, and support operational decision-making.
Areas of responsibility will cover:
- Review and enhance finance processes and controls
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Manage cashflow reporting and analysis
- Contribute to product costing reviews and process implementation
- Deliver ad hoc finance projects as part of a wider improvement programme
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to drive efficiencies and best practice
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by experience
- Previous Finance Manager experience
- Strong process improvement and project-based finance experience
- Product costing experience would be highly advantageous
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
- Able to start at short notice or immediately
