Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director, you'll play a key role in shaping the financial direction of the business, ensuring robust reporting, strong financial governance and meaningful commercial insight.

The Role

  • Lead group financial reporting across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely information for senior stakeholders.
  • Provide commercial analysis and performance insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Own the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycle, including developing financial models to evaluate future opportunities.
  • Oversee financial controls, treasury activities, audit processes and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Develop and mentor the finance team while driving improvements to systems, reporting and operational efficiency.
  • The Person
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Experience within a multi-entity or group finance environment.
  • Strong financial reporting, consolidation and control expertise.
  • Proven budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.
  • Previous leadership experience and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
