The business is investing in continuous improvement and is looking for a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to help drive plant reliability, safety and performance.
Working 2-shift with a competitive salary of Β£52,500 + opportunity for overtime.
Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of multi-skilled engineers across a rotating shift pattern, ensuring maximum equipment availability and supporting the delivery of production targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of maintenance engineers.
- Drive preventative and predictive maintenance activities across site.
- Manage reactive breakdown response and root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
- Coordinate contractors, shutdown activities and maintenance projects.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, OEE and efficiency.

We are looking for a hands-on maintenance leader who can motivate teams, raise standards and drive operational performance.
Ideal background:
- Time-served maintenance engineer with a recognised Level 3 Engineering qualification.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a maintenance team within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong fault-finding, PPM and breakdown response experience.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, TPM and OEE.
- Proactive, organised and capable of building positive relationships across operations and engineering teams.
