The Opportunity Nigel Wright is partnering with a growing, purpose-led not-for-profit organisation to recruit an experienced Finance Reporting Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a broad finance leadership opportunity combining financial reporting, management accounting, team leadership, financial controls and continuous improvement. The Role Leading an established reporting team, you will be responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely management information while ensuring robust financial processes and controls are maintained. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the preparation of management accounts and internal financial reporting. Overseeing month-end processes including accruals, prepayments and reconciliations. Delivering high-quality management reporting and providing insight into financial performance. Managing balance sheet controls, cash, banking and key financial reconciliations. Supporting year-end, statutory reporting and audit activity. Building strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders. Identifying and implementing improvements across financial processes and controls.
