The Business:
Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting a market-leading consumer brand in the search for a Digital Growth Lead.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll own digital performance across paid, owned and organic channels, taking responsibility for driving customer acquisition, website performance, conversion and customer lifetime value. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Revenue, E-commerce, Finance and Operations to ensure digital investment is delivering commercial results.
Own and deliver the digital growth strategy across paid, owned and organic channels.
Drive customer acquisition, online revenue growth and marketing ROI.
Lead performance across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates and emerging channels.
Manage and challenge external agencies to maximise performance and continuously improve results.
Take ownership of digital marketing budgets, spend efficiency, ROAS and acquisition costs.
Develop and optimise the end-to-end customer journey from acquisition through to conversion and retention.
Use GA4, customer data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve decision making.
Build meaningful reporting dashboards and performance frameworks.
Identify and test new channels, AI tools, technologies and growth opportunities.
Stay ahead of developments in AI, search, SEO, GEO and changing consumer behaviour.
You will have one direct report and will need to demonstrate good leadership qualities.
The Person:
You will need to demonstrate strong experience in performance marketing and digital growth, strong stakeholder management and communication skills alongside a commercially driven mindset with a passion for testing, optimisation and continuous improvement.
You will be a compassionate and inspiring leader and enjoy supporting a growing team and a fast-paced business.
This is a hybrid role, with some travel.
