An established and values-led organisation is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join its finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with operational leaders, providing insightful financial support that drives effective decision-making and organisational performance.
The Role
- Produce monthly management accounts and reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting and planning
- Partner with budget holders across the business
- Provide financial analysis and insights
- Assist with year-end accounts and audit
- Support grant funding and compliance activities
The Person
- Qualified or studying ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA
- Experience in management accounting or business partnering
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Able to manage competing priorities effectively
- Proactive, organised and solutions-focused
