Summary
- Support the operational teams within the Administration Department in delivering scheme projects alongside business-as-usual operations.
Responsibilities (not limited to the below):
- Work closely with senior members of the Administration Department to deliver projects within achievable deadlines
- Prepare regular project status reports for the Operations Manager
- Assist with ICO, TPR and LEI registration and renewal process
- Update relevant pensions administration databases and systems
- Extract data from administration systems
- Manage and prioritise workload effectively
- To be flexible and provide such other support as would be reasonably expected within the role
