An exciting opportunity for a candidate to provide financial services administrative support for the day to day running of Pension Schemes.

Role:

  • Answering enquiries by telephone, post or email.
  • Processing payments accurately and efficiently
  • Support and assistance for consultants
  • Updating records in a timely and accurate manner and ensure back-office systems are kept up-to-date
  • Obtaining valuations and preparing new business reports
  • Processing new business and producing client packs
  • Carry out trade instructions
  • Developing technical knowledge on pensions and investments and keeping up to date with changes
  • General correspondence and administration
  • Open, scan, log and allocate incoming post (when needed)
  • Other duties as directed by management
