Role
- Answering enquiries by telephone, post or email.
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently
- Support and assistance for consultants
- Updating records in a timely and accurate manner and ensure back-office systems are kept up-to-date
- Obtaining valuations and preparing new business reports
- Processing new business and producing client packs
- Carry out trade instructions
- Developing technical knowledge on pensions and investments and keeping up to date with changes
- General correspondence and administration
- Open, scan, log and allocate incoming post (when needed)
- Other duties as directed by management
