Nigel James Associates have partnered with a leading and award-winning financial planning company with multiple offices across the UK to secure an experienced Financial Planner to join their Midlands office to take over an existing portfolio of HNW clients as part of succession planning. Full admin and paraplanning support will be provided. Our client offers fully independent and holistic financial planning services.

Requirements

  • To be considered for this position you must have been advising for at least 5 years plus as the clients you will be taking over are some of the top clients in the business (average investment value of around £500k plus).
  • You will be Level 4 qualified as minimum and ideally have some Chartered exams under your belt, if not Chartered qualified already.
  • You must be used to providing quality and technical advice to clients with complex advice needs with longer planning goals at the centre.
  • You will be given 50% of a portfolio so you must have the ability to develop further clients either through existing client referrals, your own network/professional introducers and/or a client following of your own.
