Nigel James Associates is proud to partner with a nationally recognised wealth management company offering an exceptional opportunity in their Newcastle office. This role is ideal for either an experienced Paraplanner eager to transition into an Adviser role or a Junior Financial Planner seeking to advance their career with a leading organisation, offering development and clear progression.

As a Junior Financial Planner, you will work closely with Senior Financial Planners in the team supporting them with their HNW clients, gradually taking on more Adviser responsibilities. The role will be client facing and you will shadow the Senior Advisers in the team to grow your skillset, ultimately progressing into your own relationship manager role. As part of this, you will be supported to develop your business acumen, build relationships, and expand your professional network independently. We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual committed to becoming a leading Financial Planner in the industry.

Requirements

You must be at least DipFS Level 4 qualified with experience working within the industry and have the relevant technical experience dealing with HNW clients. Candidates that would be a good fit for this role will be Trainee Financial Planners or experienced Paraplanners looking for that next step in their careers. You must be professional, approachable, motivated to learn and progress.
