Nigel James Associates are partnered with a growing financial planning company to assist them recruit an experienced Financial Planning Team Leader in their London office. This will be a dual role where alongside managing the team you will also manage a client portfolio of your own providing expert advice. You will drive new business networking with internal and external stakeholders as well as external contacts within the industry. You will consistently lead and mentor your team to reach its full potential. This position calls for an individual who is commercially driven, and will thrive within a dynamic, forward-thinking culture.
You will be an accomplished Financial Adviser Manager and enjoy the networking and business development aspect of the role alongside delivering quality advice to HNW clients in this player/manager position. You will be professional yet affable and enjoy working alongside colleagues in a collaborative manner.
Ideally, you will:
- Hold Chartered qualifications and have the technical ability to deal with complex client needs.
- Have your own clients you are able to bring with you.
