Overview

D365FO Business Analyst – Surrey – £55k. Nigel Frank are working with an established organisation operating a technology-driven environment, to assist their search for a skilled D365FO Business Analyst. This role will play a pivotal role to support and enhance enterprise systems across multiple business functions including Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, HR, and Finance. This role offers a mix of strategic insight and hands-on delivery, ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology. Candidate must be based in the UK and have full RTW in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to define, prioritise, and deliver system enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and system improvements.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
  • Analyse operational data to support decision-making and identify trends.
  • Lead end-to-end project activities including documentation, testing, and implementation.
  • Support database and data model design to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide advanced support for enterprise applications and resolve escalated issues.

Qualifications

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in business analysis, project delivery, or related roles.
  • At least 3 years\' experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably custom-built.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CRM is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills.
