A client of ours is undergoing a major finance transformation programme, including the replacement of SAP with Microsoft Dynamics. As part of this wider change, the organisation is centralising how trainees are supported and paid. You will join the programme at a pivotal moment as processes, responsibilities and ways of working are being redesigned.
We are looking for two Business Analysts with strong business process experience (this is not a technical BA role). You will work closely with process owners, finance and HR/people teams, and end users to help shape, document and embed new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support business process mapping, design and optimisation activities
- Work with finance and/or HR stakeholders to capture requirements, pain points and process gaps
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and working groups with end users
- Support operational teams through process change, training materials and adoption activities
- Produce clear process documentation, guidance and business change artefacts
- Collaborate across a multidisciplinary transformation programme focused on modernising finance operations
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in finance or HR/people-related environments
- Strong background in end-to-end business process design, mapping and improvement
- Experience working within large transformation programmes
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders, SMEs and end users
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
- Public sector, education, charity or complex multi-stakeholder experience is beneficial (not essential)
