Business Analyst (D365 CE)

Full-Time No home office possible

Home-based with occasional travel to client site!

Collaborate with technical teams on D365 CE integration\’s, data migrations, and Power Platform enhancements.
Conduct process mapping and design \”As-Is\” and \”To-Be\” models to support D365 CE solution implementation.
Analyse CRM data and dashboards to provide insights and recommend process improvements.
Support testing phases (incl. UAT) and create tailored user training for D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
Deliver post-go-live support to drive user adoption and maximise value from D365 CE implementations.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse within a business context.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, process modelling, and change management.
Familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies in CRM/ERP project environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
