We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong collaboration skills, working closely with stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Salary: £75,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customise Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain plugins, workflows, custom actions, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and system integrations.
- Lead end-to-end development across the full project lifecycle, from technical design through to deployment.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and third-party systems.
- Optimise system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best-practice solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.
- Ensure all development aligns with Microsoft best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks.
- Support upgrades, migrations, and enhancements across the Dynamics 365 platform.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, ideally in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong proficiency in: C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dynamics 365 SDK, Plugins, Custom Workflows, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience with Dataverse, solution management, and ALM processes.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns and API development.
- Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600, MB-600).
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other Microsoft business applications.
- Exposure to DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices.
